By aesthetic choice, we omit periods for initials. If you require periods, you must note it separately on the personalization list. Personalizations will not be taken over the telephone.
Please fax your list and mail a hardcopy for all lists over ten names or e-mail only to corpsales@gimageny.com Graphic Image will select the appropriate type size, unless you have indicated otherwise.
Custom Orders

For customized books, we reserve the right to allow for the production and delivery of 5% over or under the order quantity.

Custom print, materials and products are available to meet design and price objectives.
Artwork

We require black and white camera-ready artwork or digital files submitted on a MAC formatted CD.
Files can also be e-mailed to gimageny@aol.com.
File format: Vector EPS or Vector PDF with fonts outlined. Illustrator CS3 or earlier
Packaging

Standard packaging collapsible box.
Two piece gift boxes available for additional costs—call for a quote.
